Orders & customisation

Are your products custom?
Many items are configured or produced to your measurements, colours, and design choices. Treat those choices as binding once the order is confirmed and production starts—see Returns & Exchanges.

Can I change my order after payment?
Small changes may be possible before production starts; contact us immediately. Once materials are cut or personalisation begins, changes may be impossible or may incur extra cost.

Sizing & fit

What if my suit/gloves/shoes don't fit?
Follow the Sizing Guide carefully. Remote fitting cannot be perfect for everyone. Rights depend on whether the issue is a defect, wrong size shipped by us, or subjective fit based on your measurements—see Returns & Exchanges.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?
Custom production takes time. Dates given are estimates—see Shipping Info.

Will I pay customs fees?
International shipments may incur duties and taxes payable by you unless we have stated otherwise at checkout—see Shipping Info.

Returns

Can I return custom gear if I change my mind?
Often no, where the law allows an exception for personalised or made-to-order goods. Read Returns & Exchanges in full.

Warranty & safety

Is crash damage covered?
No. Crash damage is excluded from the limited warranty—see Warranty.

Is this gear approved for racing?
Follow product labelling and standards information supplied with the product. You are responsible for complying with event organiser and federation rules.
