Shipping Info
Shipping terms apply to orders accepted through this website. Exact carriers, services, and cut-off times may change; we will use reasonable efforts to inform you of material changes on this page or at checkout where possible.
Processing time
Many products are made to order or customised. Production time is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays can occur due to materials, quality checks, peak demand, or events outside our control.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery date or transit time shown at checkout, in emails, or on this site is non-binding unless we have expressly confirmed a fixed date in writing for that specific order. Working days exclude public holidays in the dispatch country and may exclude carrier holidays.
Risk and title
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you in accordance with applicable law and the Incoterm or carrier terms used (typically when the goods are delivered to the address you provided or collected by you from a pickup point). Until payment is received in full, title may remain with GRIT where permitted by law.
Address accuracy
You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and phone number. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information supplied by you. Additional carrier fees (return to sender, redelivery, address correction) may be charged to you.
International orders, customs, and taxes
Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs clearance fees. These are typically your responsibility unless we have explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. GRIT does not control customs processing times.
Undelivered or refused parcels
If you refuse delivery without a right to do so under law or our policies, or fail to collect the parcel, you may be liable for return shipping and restocking or loss in value of the goods, especially for custom items—see Returns & Exchanges.
Limitation of liability (shipping)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRIT is not liable for pure economic loss, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from delayed shipment, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
