These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse this website, configure products, create an account, contact us, or place an order with GRIT Motorcycle Gear.
Many GRIT products may be produced or personalised based on selected colors, measurements, logos, and other custom choices. Custom or made-to-order items may have different cancellation, return, and exchange rules than standard stock products, subject to applicable consumer law.
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, images, and configurator previews accurate. Visual previews may vary from final production because of materials, lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing tolerances.
Payment may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. An order is not confirmed until payment is accepted and you receive confirmation. We may contact you if details are missing, inconsistent, or unsuitable for production.
Motorcycle gear can reduce risk but cannot eliminate injury or death. Correct fit, correct use, maintenance, and replacement after impact remain the rider's responsibility.
